Meet Our Design Team

Our Design Team is made up of passionate, experienced professionals who are here to help bring your ideas to life. They’ll guide you through aesthetics, color choices, current design trends, and spatial planning to ensure every detail works in harmony.

  • Ed brings over 42 years of comprehensive experience in all aspects of kitchen and bath design. Having operated his own design-build firm for six years, he has honed his ability to craft detailed, well-executed designs that faithfully reflect his clients’ visions. Know for his vibrant creativity and innovative approach, Ed’s energy and passion consistently shine through in every project he undertakes.

    When he’s not working his design magic, he enjoys traveling with his wife to Napa and Las Vegas. They love wine tasting in Napa and are enthusiastic about exploring the culinary delights both within their region and in Las Vegas.

  • Steve has 36 years of diverse work experience in fields such as design, business development, sales, management, and operations. This wide breadth of experience enables him to help his clients fully explore their ideas and needs, developing innovative solutions to turn those ideas into reality.

    Rounding out his approach with high energy and an incredible level of creativity, Steve has developed a long list of happy clients with whom he has developed lasting friendships.

    In his free time, Steve enjoys a well-earned nap and going on weekend getaways with his wife, especially to one of their favorite spots, Half Moon Bay.

  • With over 30 years of design experience, Sean has created thousands of custom spaces tailored to his clients' unique needs and visions. He encourages clients to share their ideas openly, then guides them through the design process—helping turn concepts into functional, beautiful spaces that align with their lifestyle, space, and budget.

    Outside of work, Sean stays active by playing competitive soccer and supporting his children in their pursuits, attending his son's water polo matches and his daughters' dance competitions.

  • Don’s love for crafting inspired him to start up his own cabinetry business where he developed a deep understanding of the technicalities of the trade. Joining our team 26 years ago, Don has seen great success in multiple roles at Precision, including Assistant Production Manager, Custom Applications Manager, Product Development Manager, Closet Program Developer, and Project Designer.

    A highly respected expert on the Precision sales team, Don’s deep product and design knowledge enables him to manage incredibly complex projects.

    Don enjoys tinkering in mechanics and vehicles, spending time with his kids, and is on his boat every chance he gets.

  • Matt began his career in the building industry during his teenage years, developing early skills and expertise in construction management. Joining our team in 2015, Matt has sharpened his skills in construction, cabinetry engineering, and design. He quickly advanced to a role as a Design Engineer, and then to a Custom Design Consultant.

    Matt has a natural ability to help bring his customers’ vision to life through careful coordination with architects, designers, and contractors.

    Leisurely, Matt enjoys eating different cuisines, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with his wife and son.

  • Jessica has had an extreme interest in design ever since she can remember. Having graduated with her BA in Interior Design from Fresno State, she has been living her dream for the past 18+ years, making other peoples spaces and places everything, and more, than they ever imagined.

    In her spare time she enjoys every activity under the sun from snowboarding, to wake surfing, camping locally to traveling across the world. She doesn’t skip a beat! Anything she can do with her boys Maverick and Kaleb is always the best time of her life!

  • With 20 years in the woodworking and cabinetry industry, including 7 years at Precision in various departments, Nathan brings a well-rounded perspective and passion for design to every project. His background spans manufacturing, customer service, and sales, allowing him to guide clients through every step with confidence and care.

    Outside of work, Nathan enjoys day trips with his family, small woodworking projects, and dabbling in music production.

  • John joined Precision Cabinets in 2021 as a Design Engineer and was promoted to a Sales Executive in 2022.

    He brings a diverse sales and account management background to the team, and has always been focused on his relationship with clients to provide outstanding service. John will guide you through the design process and be with you every step of the way to ensure you are completely satisfied with the decisions you make for your project.

    In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family & friends as well as playing golf.
